The Kudelski Group and Bloomberg Finance sign patent cross license agreement

Cheseaux-sur-Lausanne, Switzerland, 09 June 2015 – The Kudelski Group (SIX: KUD.S), a leading independent provider of media protection and value-added service technology, today announced a multi-year patent cross license agreement with Bloomberg Finance L.P. The terms of the agreement remain confidential with Bloomberg making a one-time payment to Kudelski.
