KUDELSKI GROUP TO CONFIRM CONAX ACQUISITION

Cheseaux-sur-Lausanne, Switzerland – April 7th, 2014 - The Kudelski Group (SIX: KUD.S) announced today the successful completion of its previously announced acquisition of Conax AS, the Oslo, Norway-based global provider of content protection for digital TV services over broadcast, broadband and connected devices.

The impact of Conax’s consolidation in the Kudelski Group’s accounts will be provided upon completion of the purchase price allocation analysis.
