THE KUDELSKI GROUP RESTRUCTURES ITS NAGRA PUBLIC ACCESS ENTITY

Cheseaux, 30th September 2004 - The Kudelski Group's Board of Directors has redefined the strategy of the Group's Nagra Public Access holding, the entity in charge of the physical access control and ticketing sector of the Group.

Nagra Public Access includes SkiData AG (Gartenau, Austria) and Ticketcorner AG (Rümlang, Switzerland and Bad Homburg, Germany) among others.

In view of the international expansion projects of the Nagra Public Access entity, and in order to ensure greater management consistency, Mr. Charles Egli, Executive Vice President of the Kudelski Group and CEO of Nagra Public Access is appointed CEO of SkiData. Priority will be given to organic growth over the next few months in this company.

The new structure of Nagra Public Access has been optimized to accelerate the implementation of the Kudelski Group's strategy of convergence between the digital television (the Group's core business) and physical access worlds.

SkiData's outgoing CEO Mr. Christian Dreyer will pursue his career outside the Kudelski Group.
