THE KUDELSKI GROUP SELLS ITS 28% EQUITY IN TICKETCORNER TO EVENTIM

Cheseaux, Switzerland – February 19, 2010 - The Kudelski Group (SIX: KUD.VX) today announced that it has sold its 28% equity in Ticketcorner. The Kudelski Group had sold its majority stake in Ticketcorner in December 2005 to Capvis and kept a 28% equity since then. The remaining stake represented a pure financial investment with no operational role for Kudelski.

The buyer - Eventim – will refund to Kudelski a total of CHF 26.5 million loan outstanding as of end of 2009 and 2010 interest at closing. The closing is expected to take place in the first half of 2010.

The transaction will lead to a net cash inflow of over CHF 30 million for Kudelski, to be effective in the first half of 2010. With this transaction, Kudelski fully ends its financial engagement with Ticketcorner
