NAGRAVISION SELECTED BY CNS ANTIGUA TO SECURE AND ENHANCE ITS DIGITAL TV SYSTEM

San Juan, Puerto Rico – 26 January, 2006 – Caribbean Cable and Telecommunications Association Annual Meeting – Communications Networks Systems (CNS), the owner of Antigua & Barbuda's lone Cable Television service, more popularly known as CTV, has selected Nagravision to secure and enhance its new digital TV service. The upgrade from its analog terrestrial system provides subscribers with an all digital solution.

"As part of the turn-key digital TV system developed by Nagravision, the CNS user experience now includes support for a 7-day program guide, advanced parental controls and custom favorite lists," said Tom Wirth, Vice President for Nagravision Americas. "CNS has taken a major step in exploiting the latest advances in technology to maximize their return on investment and increase subscriber satisfaction."

All residents of Antigua & Barbuda will soon have an opportunity to enjoy improved programming and high quality digital output from CNS. As the project continues, CNS has plans to offer other advanced digital television services.
